"Community" means one of 17 geographic areas defined in the comprehensive park and recreation plan which encompasses one or more census tracts and is used for calculating facility impacts and mitigation costs.

This definition applies only to "Park and recreation impact mitigation" regulations in chapter 30.66A SCC. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
