"Facility requirement cost" means the facility requirement as stated in the comprehensive park and recreation plan and updated on the basis of construction averages for similar park or recreation facilities.

This definition applies only to "Park and recreation facility impact mitigation" regulations in chapter 30.66A SCC. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
