"Facility requirement" means the amount of park and recreation facilities required to meet the park and recreation demand of a subdivision’s or development’s population regardless of the existing level of service in the community.

This definition applies only to "Park and recreation facility impact mitigation" regulations in chapter 30.66A SCC. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
