The Snohomish county clerk, ex officio clerk of the superior court, is hereby authorized to assess a $20.00 surcharge on all superior court cases filed under Title 26 RCW; and to establish reasonable fees for services of the courthouse facilitator program, including but not limited to charges for instructional classes.
