The executive shall on an annual basis prepare a capital improvement program for the next six fiscal years pursuant to the county charter and chapter 36.70A RCW. (Added by Ord. 86-033, Apr. 23, 1986; Amended by Ord. 97-037 § 5, May 21, 1997, Eff date June 6, 1997).
