This chapter shall take effect 10 days after the ordinance codified in this chapter is signed by the county executive or otherwise enacted, as provided by Section 2.110 of the Charter. (Added by Amended Ord. 16-011, Mar. 23, 2016, Eff date Mar. 30, 2016).
