"Subdivision, final" ("Final subdivision") means the process and decision from approval of a final plat and for ensuring all conditions of preliminary subdivision approval have been met prior to recording of the final plat. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
