"Plat, final" ("Final plat") means an accurate drawing of an approved preliminary plat prepared on material suitable for recording with the auditor, and showing all elements required by this title. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
