"Airpark" means a private Stage 1 Utility Airport, including adjacent and extended taxiways, and all adjacent and surrounding properties that have the right to use the taxiways or use access roadways adjacent to the taxiways. (Added by Amended Ord. 10-008, Mar. 24, 2010, Eff date Apr. 11, 2010).
