30.43D.015 Variance limitations.
This section is included in your selections.
Variances shall be limited solely to the consideration of:
(1) Elevation requirements for first floor construction;
(2) Elevation requirements for floodproofing; and
(3) The type and extent of required floodproofing.
Variances shall not be considered for any procedural or informational requirements or use prohibitions. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
