30.41G.050 Modifications to the design standards, common open space, and private open space.

The director may modify the requirements in SCC 30.41G.030, SCC 30.41G.032, SCC 30.41G.035, SCC 30.41G.037, and SCC 30.41G.040 when the applicant demonstrates all of the following:
(1) The site is constrained due to unusual shape, topography, easements or critical areas;
(2) The modification is consistent with the purpose statements in SCC 30.41G.010; and
