(1) A rural cluster subdivision or short subdivision in a RUTA will meet the minimum lot area of the zone in which it is located if the average lot size of all lots is at least 7,200 square feet and each lot contains sufficient area to comply with the county health department rules and regulations for on-site sewage disposal.

(2) Lots with less than the prescribed minimum lot area for the zone in which they are located shall conform to the minimum lot width, setbacks, and other bulk regulations of this chapter for lots located in the R-7,200 zone.
