"Lot width" means the distance between the side lines of a lot. Lot width shall be determined by the diameter of the largest circle that can be drawn within the boundaries of a lot. The diameter of the circle must be equal to or greater than the minimum lot width requirement of the underlying zone. (See figures 30.91L.210 for illustration)
