SCC 3.68.050 requires that exempt employees of the sheriff’s office shall be covered by the sheriff’s office exempt employees compensation plan and all other exempt employees shall be covered by the management and exempt employees compensation plan which shall be initially prepared by the personnel director and approved by the county executive and county council and which shall establish salary ranges for each exempt position and specify rules for administration of each plan. This chapter is intended to meet the requirements of SCC 3.68.050. (Added by Ord. 85-114, Nov. 20, 1985; Amended by Ord. 90-013 § 2, Mar. 14, 1990; Amended by Ord. 91-023, Feb. 20, 1991).
