The purpose of this chapter is to enact provisions in accordance with chapter 46.09 RCW regarding the use of wheeled all-terrain vehicles (WATVs). This chapter shall apply to operation of all WATVs on those county roads in unincorporated areas of Snohomish County, Washington designated in SCC 11.50.040.
