The technical guidelines and best management practices contained in the most recent version of the Drainage Manual adopted by rule pursuant to chapter 30.63A SCC shall be used in implementing the requirements of this chapter. A copy of the Drainage Manual shall be available to the public at the department of conservation and natural resources.
