The solid waste collection companies shall provide regular and accurate reports of data on all collection services as determined necessary by the director of the solid waste management division for evaluating the effectiveness of solid waste and recycling programs and the progress towards the goals stated in the comprehensive solid waste management plan. Solid waste collection companies shall also provide the county with accurate and up-to-date rates which have been approved by the WUTC for all required services.
