By September 1, 1998, the executive will report to the council on the effectiveness of the single-family curbside, yard debris and multi-family recycling programs and the dome drop-off program. If necessary, the executive will make recommendations designed to meet the goals of the waste prevention and recycling element of the comprehensive solid waste management plan and improve the effectiveness of residential recycling services.
