4.90.040 Surcharge and user fees to be deposited in separate account.

The surcharge and user fees so collected shall be placed monthly in a separate account to be used to pay expenses of the courthouse facilitator program. (Added by Ord. 93-109, Oct. 13, 1993; Amended by Ord. 94-043 § 1, June 1, 1994).
