Resources of the community development fund shall consist of revenues generated from activities of the department of planning and development services including but not limited to fees and charges paid in accordance with chapter 13.110 SCC, and chapter 30.86 SCC, and revenues from distribution of ordinances and code information, contracts, penalties or judgments, and investment interest.
