The funds collected by the county auditor’s office for the purposes described in SCC 4.73.020 shall be deposited in the elections cumulative reserve fund. Any unspent monies shall be carried over within the fund from year to year. The ending fund balance and anticipated revenues shall be budgeted in conjunction with the county budget process prior to any expenditure from the fund.
