All voluntary payments collected as a result of chapter 30.66B SCC traffic impact mitigation requirements imposed pursuant to the provisions of chapter 30.66B SCC in existence prior to February 9, 1991 shall be deposited into the SCC 30.66B/MRIP fund. A special account shall be established within each project account for each development making a payment towards that project.
