Pursuant to RCW 70.48.210(3)(d) and (4), RCW 9.94A.135 and 9.94A.180 and RCW 9.94.030 .34 and .36, as now enacted or hereinafter amended, Snohomish county makes every effort to require all participants in the work release, home detention and community service programs to pay a fair share of the costs of those programs.
