This chapter shall apply to all mail requests, received by the clerk of the superior court, to present ex-parte court orders and to process the same upon return from the ex-parte department of the superior court. Fees shall accompany the mail requests and be paid by the requesting party except for those requests which are exempt from the payment of such fee by state law. (Added by Ord. 86-124, Nov. 12, 1986).
