Any record of monument document prepared pursuant to chapter 58.09 RCW shall be filed without charge on the standard form prescribed by the Department of Natural Resources, Bureau of Surveys and Maps. (Added by Res. adopted June 4, 1973; Amended by Amended Ord. 92-004, Feb. 26, 1992).
