The rules and procedures governing collective bargaining for county employees can be found in chapter 41.56 RCW. Where a collective bargaining agreement is in effect with respect to particular classified employees, such agreement shall control whenever its provisions conflict with provisions of this title. The provisions of this title shall control any subject or matter as to which the bargaining agreement is silent. (Added by Ord. 84-129 § 2, Nov. 21, 1984).
