"Organized competitive event" means any off-road vehicle competition, advertised in advance through written notice to organized clubs or published in local newspapers, sponsored by recognized clubs, and conducted at a pre-determined time and place. No organized competitive event shall require conversion of forest land for the purpose of spectator seating. (Added by Amended Ord. 05-146, Jan. 18, 2006, Eff date Feb. 12, 2006).
