"Nuisance, public" ("Public nuisance") a nuisance which affects equally the rights of an entire community or neighborhood, although the extent of the damage may be unequal. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
