"Forest management activities" means the growing and harvesting of trees, including all forest practices associated with continued management of forest lands for forest products and excluding those practices associated with the conversion of forest land to a non-forest use unless such lands are reforested to acceptable stocking levels as defined by WAC 222-34. Sludge utilization shall not be considered a forest management activity under this chapter. For purposes of this definition, the meaning of forest practices and forest lands shall be as defined in chapter 76.09 RCW. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
