"Fire hydrant, private" ("private fire hydrant") means a fire hydrant which is situated and maintained so as to provide water for fire fighting purposes with restrictions as to its use or accessibility by the public. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
