"Farm site" means the land and structures used, or capable of being used, for the raising, harvesting or distribution of agricultural products, without regard to whether such lands and structures are contiguous, adjacent, or non-adjacent, provided that such property or properties are under a single ownership, lease agreement, or management agreement.
