All personal wireless service providers shall identify an emergency contact name (or title) and phone number available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The emergency contact information shall be posted on a fence or structure of the facility where it is clearly visible from the outside. The posted information shall be maintained and updated by the service provider to reflect any changes in the contact name (or title) and phone number.
