30.27.035 Signs: LDMR and MR zones.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) Signs affixed to a building shall be located no higher than the abutting wall of the building.
(2) Signs not affixed to a building shall not exceed 12 feet in height.
(3) The total area for all signs upon any property shall not exceed 15 square feet. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003; Amended by Ord. 13-073, Dec. 11, 2013, Eff date Dec. 26, 2013).
