(1) Recommendations of the county engineer concerning the requirements of chapter 30.24 SCC on development applications shall include written findings of fact and conclusions.

(2) Decisions made by the county engineer pursuant to SCC 30.24.030 shall be made in accordance with SCC 13.01.020(2) and shall not be subject to the provisions of title 30 SCC. (Added by Amended Ord. 12-049, Oct. 3, 2012, Eff date Jan. 1, 2013).
