The UDC is adopted under authority of the Snohomish County Charter and the Constitution and laws of the State of Washington. The department is authorized to administer the UDC, unless otherwise provided. (Added by Amended Ord. 02-064, Dec. 9, 2002, Eff date Feb. 1, 2003).
