The governor of the state of Washington shall be authorized to terminate this plan in its entirety in his discretion as provided by Chapter 4, Laws of Extraordinary Session, 1955. (Added by Res. adopted Aug. 17, 1955; Amended by § 5 of Res. adopted June 20, 1955).
