Except as provided in SCC 22.20.015, violation of any provision of Title 22 SCC, or rules and regulations and prohibitions promulgated by the county executive or parks division and posted in the form and manner authorized herein, shall be a misdemeanor and punished as provided in SCC 1.01.100.
