A boundary review board for Snohomish County is established pursuant to chapter 36.93 RCW. The membership and operation of the board shall be as provided by state law. Unless state law requires otherwise, council shall establish the rate or amount of compensation for board members by motion. Board members may be reimbursed for expenses as provided by county code and applicable policies. (Added by Ord. 19-045, Sept. 18, 2019, Eff date Oct. 4, 2019).
