The administrator shall report in writing to and meet with the Snohomish County council, the Snohomish County board of health and the planning commission at least annually for the purpose of reviewing the administration of the county’s land use policy and regulatory ordinances. Such report shall include a summary of the decisions issued by examiners since the last report.
