(1) Any person violating any provisions of this title for which no civil or criminal penalty is provided, except for SCC 15.08.348, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished as provided in SCC 1.01.100; provided, however, that any person violating SCC 15.08.210 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $500.00 nor more than $1,000 and/or imprisonment for not less than 30 days nor more than one year.
