The county parks director is hereby authorized and directed to prepare, post and maintain at convenient public places adjacent to the lakes in this county public notices that specify the current restrictions applicable to the particular lake as set out in this title. The notices shall be conspicuously posted on or adjacent to every wharf of every boat livery and on or adjacent to every public launching ramp and/or wharf and at such other locations as will reasonably inform the public of these restrictions.
