A maximum speed limit of 20 miles per hour is hereby established for those areas of Snohomish county in which authorized persons are working within the traveled roadway, provided said areas are posted with signs in accordance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices adopted in SCC 11.24.010.
