"Public road" shall have the same meaning as defined in SCC 13.02.350.

"Gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR)" shall have the same meaning as defined in SCC 10.01.020(10).

"Large commercial vehicles" means any vehicle having a GVWR of 14,001 pounds or more for which the principal use is the transport of commodities, merchandise, produce, freight, livestock, and any vehicle used primarily in construction, industry or farming, including, but not limited to, bulldozers, backhoes, tractors, trucks fitted with cranes, air compressors, welders, tanks or similar equipment. It does not include trucks and commercial vehicles with a GVWR of 14,000 pounds or less.

"Urban residential areas" means those areas within the urban growth areas of the county which have been designated in chapter 30.21 SCC as single family residential and multiple family residential and include the following zoning categories: R-9,600, R-8,400, R-7,200, T, LDMR, MR, and MHP.

"Trailer" means any vehicle without motive power designed for carrying property on its own structure and to be drawn by a vehicle with motive power. The term trailer includes trailer coach, semi-trailer, or utility trailer used for commercial purposes, but does not include recreational vehicles such as travel trailers licensed and used for personal purposes.
