Where authorized, nothing in this chapter prohibits the county from taking any emergency action for the summary closure of such property when it is necessary to avoid an immediate threat to public welfare and safety. (Added by Amended Ord. 18-013, Mar. 28, 2018, Eff date Apr. 9, 2018).
