Any person who shall maintain on his property a public nuisance as defined by this chapter, and who after 10 days’ notice to remove, repair or enclose the public nuisance shall fail to do so, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Added by § 8C of Res. adopted June 15, 1970).
