Upon receipt of a completed application and all required fees, the licensing authority shall issue the appropriate license tag to the applicant. The license tag is non-transferrable. If a license tag is lost or unreadable, the owner must obtain a replacement license tag from the licensing authority pursuant to SCC 9.04.040.
