6.28.060 Persons under 18 years of age prohibited.

(1) It is unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years to be in or upon any premises for which a panoram location license is required.
(2) It is unlawful for any owner, operator, manager, or other person in charge of premises for which a panoram location license is required, to knowingly permit or allow any person under the age of 18 years to be in or upon such premises. (Reenacted by Ord. 96-055 § 3, July 17, 1996).
