In addition to the right of entry for inspection purposes established under SCC 6.01.120, it shall be the right of the licensing authority, county health authority or the county animal control agency to make or cause to be made such inspections as may be necessary to ensure compliance with provisions of this chapter. The owner or keeper of a kennel, boarding facility, animal shelter, grooming parlor, or pet shop shall admit to the premises for the purpose of making inspection, any officer, agent or employee of the licensing authority, county health authority, or animal control agency at any reasonable time when admission is requested.
