A written agreement specifying the rules and conditions of the home detention program shall be signed by each individual entering the program and witnessed by staff signature. Individuals who do not abide by the conditions and rules of the home detention program are subject to removal from the program. (Added by Amended Ord. 94-041, May 25, 1994).
