Resources of the fund shall consist of distributions to the county from the Blanche Miller testamentary trust administered by First Interstate Bank of Everett, Washington, under Snohomish County Superior Court No. 4-45486; grants, bequests, and gifts to the fund; interest and other income to the fund; and other resources made available by the county council.
